MICCE at Work and Play - December 2018
Early in the month, many of the group attended a First Aid and Defibrillator training session run by the Mersea Island Community First Responders.
The session was complimentary to MICCE in return for their contributions over the last two years to the acquisition of clothing and a resuscitation dummy training aid for use preparing for first aid work on a child; such a device was previously not locally available to them.
The presentation of the device was made to a represenatative and First Aider from the First Responders at the recent Christmas dinner with most of the MICCE group present.
